Rebecca Day is an acoustic-based, country/Americana singer/songwriter, performer. Originally from South Carolina, she brought the swampy blues and country music she grew up listening to with her to Florida and began working as a professional musician after her debut EP release in 2012.
She performs for venues across the region such as Green Turtle in Fernandina Beach, FL, Seven Bridges in Jacksonville, FL, Ragtime Tavern in Neptune Beach, FL, and Wee Pub South in St. Mary’s, GA. She proudly partners with booking agencies Resort Talent and East Coast Entertainment for various corporate events through out the year including companies such as HP, Intel, Purina and Ashley Home Furniture.
Her latest release, Mile Markers, a full-length album featuring her group, The Crazy Daysies, has garnered press attention from Arbus Magazine, Folio Weekly, EU Jacksonville, I Want a Buzz, Lake Murray Times, Palm Coast Observer, and Void Magazine. Spotify Playlists American Top 40 Charts, Indiespendable Folk & Rock, Favorites of 2018 and others currently feature her original ‘Until I Win’ on their rotation.
The Crazy Daysies’ single, Cheers To Gettin’ Sober, from their 2014 independent debut EP release ‘Where The Dirt Runs out of Road’ was picked up by Universal Music Group for a country compilation album released online and in select stores.
