- Miranda Lambert & Josh Thompson have a new Record Label home… Both artists have shifted from Columbia Nashville to RCA Nashville as part of the restructure of Sony Music Nashville.
- Bigg Vinny Mac of Trailer Chior won’t be Bigg for long… Vinny has joined the 12th season of NBC’s “The Biggest Loser!”
- Gary Allan opens a Nashville clothing store called “The Label”… The store will feature custom suits, as well as fine denim, shirts, hand crafted furniture, and jewelry that you would see Gary himself wear. Gary’s hope is to help the athletes and singer/songwriters of Nashville find unique and trendy clothing.
- Taylor Swift performed duets with Jason Maraz & Niki Minaj while on tour in LA.
- George Strait is going to be a Grandfather!! George Strait‘s son, songwriter George Strait Jr and his wife Tamara are expecting their first child in Febuary 2012!!
- Becky Robertson of Carter’s Chord is engaged!! Becky’s producer/musician boyfriend Jeremiah Scott took her to the place they met, at the Middle Tennessee State University. The couple has been dating for 9 years!!
