Scottsdale, Arizona will be celebrating the Fourth of July with more than just fireworks this year! Dierks Bentley is bringing whiskey to old town Scottsdale in the form of a new bar concept appropriately titled “Whiskey Row,” —and it’s raising eyebrows for more than just its name. The multi-platinum singer and songwriter partnered up with the Scottsdale Restaurant company RHG to create the venue, a happy medium between 1920s saloon and hip country club. Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row will offer visitors great drinks, fare, and live music during breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner.
“Opening a bar in my hometown is something I’ve always wanted to do,” says Bentley. “These guys have spent a lot of time and put a lot of thought into really cool details that will make it the perfect place to watch a game or listen to music or just get a few drinks with friends. I’m looking forward to helping break it in.”
Organizers boast that Whiskey Row will be the most “technologically advanced bar in the state,” with a fully integrated HDMI video system managed by iPad technology in addition to a 360-degree stage and 24 ft. television. The stage hangs directly from the ceiling so that performances can be seen from every angle. USB/iPhone charging stations will also be conveniently located throughout the space.
The menu will feature American Gastropub Fare cuisine with an eco-twist. All dishes will be made from scratch using organic meats and local produce. The drink menu mirrors the same modern flair with over 40 different types of whiskey and specialty drinks. Located directly across from El Hefe Super Macho Taqueria, a nightlife hotspot in Scottsdale, Whiskey Row is guaranteed to raise the bar for country bars everywhere!
