Mel McDaniel Passes Away – Grand Ole Opry member Mel McDaniel passed away last night after losing his battle with cancer. Mel was 68 years old. He was best known for his hits, “Baby’s Got Her Blue Jeans On” and “Louisiana Saturday Night.”
